Arrestaron a Javier Arroyo Gerardo de 29 años, originario de Las Cruces NM, por haberle disparado en varias ocasiones a un joven de 21 años en la calle San Marcial, el baleado fue llevado a un hospital donde lo reportan en estado crítico.
El arrestado fue llevado a la carcel del condado donde le pusieron una fianza de $150 mil dólares
